There are quite a few good sub opportunities coming up. Parsec’s new 2010 Triangulation: End of the Rainbow anthology has been announced and I’d love to submit to this one. Jabberwocky is open until filled. Strange Horizons, Fantasy and Clarkesworld are closed until Jan 15, (Fantasy is closed until March 1), so now is the time to get working on those stories that aren’t finished. I’m also keeping an eye on Realms of Fantasy, Beneath Ceaseless Skies, Three Lobed Burning Eye and a few others.
I’m almost finished draft 2 of Deathknot and then I’ll be sending it out for critiques this week. And then I think I’m either going to finish Brokenworld or work on something for the Parsec antho.
